The exhibition The Most Beautiful Mountains with Naturalist Jan Šimr , prepared by the Regional Museum in Litoměřice in cooperation with the Agency for Nature Conservation and Landscape Protection of the Czech Republic and the Museum of the City of Ústí nad Labem, invites visitors to wander through nature.
His photographs, taken between 1932 and 1941, present the Bohemian Central Highlands as a picturesque landscape, colourfully divided by orchards, meadows, fields, woods, forests and glades. The exhibition will also present the ongoing LIFE České středohoří programme
