You don't have to wait until spring or summer to visit the Lobkowicz Castle Tour with its romantic castle. On the contrary, you can go even during winter weekends and enjoy a more intimate tour. This also applies to the Hláska Tower.
Lobkowicz Castle
During the tour, you will visit selected parts of the castle, the remains of the Romanesque castle on which the castle was later built and the new entrance to the second floor in the east wing from 2021. In the former chambers of the castle and later in the premises of the Military Conservatory, the musical history of the Lobkowicz family and the history of the Military Music and the Military Conservatory are commemorated.
Tower of the Voice
The second of Roudnice's sights, which you can visit even in winter. From the gallery of the tower you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surroundings. Even winter views have their charm!
TIP
On your way out of the tower, stop by the adjacent Café Říp. In the new premises of the cultural house you will find a pleasant café with amazing views:)
Podřipské museum
It offers a permanent exhibition devoted to the prehistoric period, the medieval and modern periods with a number of exhibits.In the modern part of the exhibition, in addition to the history of the Lobkowicz family, you can see a wooden board crib by an unknown master from the 18th century.
