Two products bearing the designation ČESKÉ STŘEDOHOŘÍ Regional Product also received the award - Regional Food of the Ústí nad Labem Region.
Wild boar curry from Pršutérie Chovaneček si and Okáč cheese from Farma Držovice! Both products are home-made on private farms.
Chovaneček Pršutérie from Hlinná in Litoměřice is one of the first official pršutérie in the Czech Republic and offers a very large range of products. It holds the ČESKÉ STŘEDOPHOŘÍ Regional Product certification for its fermented durable products and for its lamb meat from its own farm.
Držovice Farm has been operating in the region for 20 years and all its products are homemade, produced in its own private factory. The goat's milk products are also certified as ČESKÉ STŘEDOHOŘÍ Regional Product and are made from the animals' own milk production.
