The agency went through a demanding evaluation process in which it had to prove that it works efficiently, sustainably and, most importantly, that its work is important for the development of tourism in the Bohemian Central Highlands. In addition, the staff is helping to introduce quality destination management in other organisations across the Czech Republic.
